At Miller Harris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day return period for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been unsealed or used.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unopened product in its original shipping box, ensuring the fragrance is secure and including the original delivery note.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
